The “Payment on pause” service prolong your payment time limit for up to 48 hours for an additional fee. While your booking is “on pause,” your ticket will be reserved exclusively for you for 48 hours. You can complete the booking and make full payment at any time during this period. If you don’t finalize the payment within 48 hours, your paused booking will be automatically cancelled.
! Please note that the service fee for “Payment on pause” is non-refundable and is not included in the ticket price.

To use the “Payment on pause” service, start booking your flight on our website. At the confirmation step (after selecting your fare brand), you will be offered the option to paused your booking for 48 hours before payment.
