Rules for provision of Service:
- Pet’s weight (together with a container, carrier or cage) may not exceed 10 kg;
- Container (carrier/cage) dimensions may not exceed 55*40*20 cm (for an airplane An-26 - no more than 45*30*20 cm);
- Bottom of the container (carrier/cage) must be tight and waterproof, and covered on the inside with an absorbent sheet or material (while the container must exclude the possibility of spillage);
- Container (carrier/cage) must allow the animal to stand up, and the bird cage must be covered with a dense light-tight fabric.

Pets (birds) and service dogs are allowed for transportation. Insects, fish seed, reptiles, rodents, experimental and sick animals are not allowed for transportation by air. One adult (adult) passenger can take one pet.
Animals weighing more than 10 kg (together with a container, carrier or cage for transportation) shall be transported in the baggage compartment of the aircraft (no more than 50 kg). When transporting in the luggage compartment, the animal must be placed in a strong container (cage) or a rigid carrier with access to air and a reliable lock. Otherwise, the Airline will be forced to refuse transportation of the animal.
On different types of aircraft, a limited number of animals can be transported at the same time. If there are no free places for pets, the airline may refuse to provide the passenger with the service if the transportation of the pet has not been announced and confirmed by the airline in advance. During the flight, a container (carrier/cage) with a pet in the aircraft cabin must be placed under the front seat. For safety reasons, during the flight, a pet must always be in a container for transportation, which must be securely closed. It is prohibited to open the container (carrier/cage) with pets while on board the aircraft. Exception: a guide dog accompanying a blind passenger, which is transported (without a cage, in a muzzle and collar) in the passenger cabin, tied to a seat at the feet of the passenger the dog accompanies.
At check-in for a flight the passenger carrying an animal must present valid documents on the animal's health requested by the relevant requirements of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision of Russian Federation. For the present moment, pets and their documents must be in accordance with the following requirements:
1. Veterinary passport with notes on the animal's health and vaccinations, issued by the veterinary service;
2. Rabies vaccination with a stamp in the animal's passport (given to the animal at least 21 days before the departure of the flight; valid for no more than 1 year);
3. Veterinary examination of the animal by the state veterinarian of the Animal Disease Control Station (SBBW) (in Russian: Станция по борьбе с болезнями животных (СББЖ)) with the veterinarian's mark "Clinically healthy" as a result of veterinary examination (no earlier than 14 days before the departure of the flight).

When transporting pets (birds) and service dogs, the passenger is obliged to provide the necessary documents provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, international treaties and the legislation of the country, to the territory, from the territory or through the territory of which the transportation is carried out.
