Ordering certificates

Types of certificates provided:

• on confirmation of the fact of transportation on the Airline's flight (in case of loss of the boarding pass);
• about the length of the route (about the orthodromy of the flight);
• about the cost of the flight (according to the ticket issued for the Airline’s flight);
• about the absence of direct flights of the Airline;
• about the lack of seats on a flight (as of a certain date);
• about flight cancellation and transfer to another flight;
• about flight delay (cancellation).

The cost of ordering a certificate is 1,300 rubles per certificate.

Registration of a certificate confirming the fact of a flight delay (cancellation), as well as a certificate of flight cancellation and transfer to another flight is free of charge.
