Baggage and cabin baggage

Be sure to check the baggage rules and regulations for your flight in advance. Find out what you can take in your baggage and cabin baggage, and what is better to leave at home.

If you would like to take more baggage with you than allowed, we suggest that you apply for additional baggage in advance. This will save time for dealing with formalities at the airport and will help to avoid problems with additional baggage during a high flight load.

For more information, please call the customer support center: +7(391) 291-81-80.

Each passenger (except for children under the age of two traveling without an individual seat in the aircraft cabin) has a right to carry their own baggage within the established allowance at no additional charge.

Passenger's baggage shall be accepted for transportation as checked-in baggage and shall be transported in the baggage and cargo compartments of the aircraft.

The passenger's checked-in baggage must be carried on the same aircraft with the passenger. If such transportation has become impossible, such baggage will be transferred to the aircraft that carries out the next flight to the passenger's destination.

The Airline has a right to refuse to carry a passenger's baggage if the weight, number of pieces, content, size or packaging do not comply with the requirements of the Rules of air transportation of passengers, baggage and cargo.

The baggage of a passenger who did not show up for boarding the aircraft after check-in (including the baggage of a transit passenger who did not show up for boarding and his/her cabin baggage in the cabin of the aircraft) is subject to removal from the aircraft and mandatory inspection.

Example of excess baggage calculation for "Standard" fare:

An example of excess baggage calculation for the "Optimum" fare:

The baggage allowance, established by the fare at which the flight ticket was purchased, regulates three main parameters: the number of pieces, baggage weight and dimensions. Anything outside of these parameters is considered excess baggage.

For interregional and international flights, the "Standard" and "Optimum" fares apply, according to which you can carry 1 piece of baggage (no more than 203 cm in the sum of 3 dimensions) free of charge up to 10 kg ("Standard" fare) or up to 23 kg ( "Optimum" tariff), depending on the tariff you choose.

Please pay attention! If at the time of transportation a passenger is found to have excess baggage allowance (according to the selected fare), it will be possible to pay for it at the rates presented below (in the local form). Example:

  1. The passenger purchased a ticket at the Standard fare with the possibility of carrying 1 piece of luggage up to 10 kg.
  2. At the time of transportation, the passenger checks in a suitcase (1 piece) weighing 12 kg (overweight 2 kg).
  3. The passenger must pay 3,500 ₽ for a piece of luggage over 10 kg - up to 23 kg, according to the tariffs.

To carry more baggage on some interregional (Abakan, Barnaul, Gorno-Altaisk, Kemerovo, Kyzyl, Novokuznetsk, Tomsk) and international flights, it is possible to pre-order an additional piece of checked baggage. You can order an additional piece of checked baggage (10 kg or 23 kg) during the process of purchasing a ticket on the airline’s website, after purchasing a ticket through the My Bookings service or at a ticket agency.

For other interregional flights, additional baggage must be previously confirmed with the airline by filling out an Application on the website. You can pay for an additional piece of baggage confirmed by the airline at any ticket agency, including ticket offices at the airport (on the day of departure).

If you need to transport baggage weighing more than 23 kg or oversized baggage (more than 203 cm in the sum of three dimensions), you must confirm the expected volume with the airline in advance by filling out an Application on the website. If there is no free capacity on the aircraft, the airline may refuse to transport additional baggage to the passenger if it has not been previously declared and confirmed by the airline.
