Tariffs and conditions of interline transportation

Special fares are available for the northern regions residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory under the Northern Registration program. 

Where and how to buy tickets according to the program? 

On the official website of KrasAvia Airlines. It is necessary to select the flight direction, date, the fare "Northern registration" / "Northern registration light" and go through the procedure of booking, registration and purchase of an air ticket. 

Alternatively, you can book and purchase a ticket at any accredited offline agency. A fee may be charged upon purchase. 

 It is not possible to purchase air tickets at the fare "Northern registration" in online agencies. 

Who can buy tickets according to the program? 

Citizens of the Russian Federation who have permanent registration valid at the time of purchase of the ticket at their place of residence in the following areas of the Krasnoyarsk Territory: 

• Turukhansky district 
• Evenki municipal district 
• Taimyr Dolgano-Nenetsky municipal district 
• Severo-Yeniseisky district 
• Kezhemsky district 
• Boguchansky district 
• Motyginsky district 
• Yenisei district 
• Norilsk city District 

What documents will be required? 

For adults: a passport with a certificate of registration at the place of residence. 

For children: a birth certificate, as well as a certificate in form No. 8 or the presence of a northern residence permit with a parent (or accompanying adult). 

How is the necessary residence permit checked? 

The official registration in the passenger's document at the place of residence in Turukhansk, Evenki, Taimyr Dolgano-Nenetsky, Severo-Yeniseysky, Kezhemsky, Boguchansky, Motyginsky, Yeniseysky districts or the city district of Norilsk will be checked directly at the airport at the check-in desk.  

What happens if I don't have a residence permit when checking my documents at the airport check-in? 

In case of detection of the absence of a northern residence permit in the document, the passenger will be denied registration for the flight and further transportation. To refund the funds, the passenger will need to issue a refund of the ticket according to the current conditions of the fare: with a deduction of a fine of 2000 rubles + 25% of the fare. 

What should I do to fly if I was not allowed on the flight due to the lack of a northern residence permit? 

1. You need to issue a new ticket at the regular fare at any offline ticket office at the airport of departure or on the KrasAvia's website. 

Please note: if there are no available seats on the flight, you will need to get on the waiting list (via the offline ticket office at the airport of departure) and call the Airline's Customer Support Center at +7 (391) 291-81-80 to confirm and arrange the flight using a regular ticket.

2. After booking an air ticket, you will need to take a seat on an air ticket issued at the Northen Registration/Northen Registration Light fare no later than 40 minutes before departure (via the Airline's Customer Support Center by phone: +7 (391) 291-81-80 from 07:00 to 21:00 Krasnoyarsk time time, or by e-mail: bilet@krasavia.ru ).

Can I refund/exchange the ticket at the Northern Registration fare in advance of the flight departure? 

Yes, the exchange and refund of the air tickets for this special fare is carried out in accordance with the airline's rules, for more information, see the Exchange/refund of tickets and services section.

If you return/ exchange your ticket more than 24 hours before departure, you will be charged a fine of 2000 rubles.  

If you return/exchange your ticket less than 24 hours before departure, you will be charged a fine of 2000 rubles + 25% of the fare. 

Please note that when exchanging an air ticket from the the Northern Registration/Northern Registration Light fare to the regular fare, an additional payment is also made for the difference between the fares.

How many times can I use this program? 

An unlimited number of times if I have the necessary registration in the passenger's document on the date of purchase of the ticket.

What is the validity period of the Northern Registration program? 

The validity period of the Northern Registration program is from 04/23/2025 to the full extent of the current schedule.

• для детей в возрасте от 0 до 2-х лет* без предоставления отдельного места с применением скидки 100% на внутренних рейсах (в пределах Российской Федерации) и с применением скидки 90% на международных рейсах
• для детей в возрасте от 0 до 2-х лет и от 2-х до 12-ти лет* с предоставлением отдельного места и применением скидки 50% на внутренних рейсах (в пределах Российской Федерации)

*возраст ребенка определяется на день начала перевозки

 → Для покупки авиабилета с детской скидкой на сайте Авиакомпании КрасАвиа, пассажирам при поиске авиабилета необходимо выбирать категорию пассажира «Дети». После выбора типа пассажира скидка применяется автоматически.
